When your order is ready for dispatch we will advise you by phone or email the day before with a consignment number so that you can track your parcel. Delivery is between 8.00am-5.30pm and will need to be signed for. Please leave any special instructions for delivery when placing your order in the special instructions box and we will try to accommodate this request where possible. UK Mainland only orders that are sent by standard delivery can take 2-7 working days or as specified in the delivery schedule by each item and may be sent by Interlink, A.P.C, UK Mail or Royal Mail depending on size and location. For delivery outside the U.K mainland please call us on 01344 777138 or email and we will be able to quote you a price. Next day delivery option must be received by 12.00pm U.K time for next day delivery Mon-Fri but please note orders placed on Friday delivery will not be dispatched until Monday. Next day orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Please note: During holiday periods the specified delivery time does not take into accounts weekends or extended holidays such as Christmas, New Year and Easter, only working days count in the delivery time schedule therefore these dates are only guidelines not actual during these periods. All delivery dates are estimated and delivery can be faster or slower than shown. We do our best to get all items dispatched on time but there can be unexpected/out of our control delays with the courier service. We do not make deliveries on Saturdays or Bank Holidays unless specified and paid for with the order. Please ensure when signing that you check the parcel to ensure it is not damaged in any way and in the rare instances when the packaging is torn or damaged please mark the paperwork by your signature ‘damaged’ as otherwise we have no claim against the courier.
We endeavor to ensure all next day deliveries are on time but on some occasions this may not be possible to circumstances beyond our control. Fishing Tackle 2 Go cannot be held responsible for such incidents. All deliveries must be signed for on delivery at the address given at the time of order unless you state a different delivery address. We will leave item safe if requested but only for items under £150.00 and Fishing Tackle 2 Go does not accept any responsibility for items left safe. For orders of over £250.00 we will only deliver to the cardholders address. We will leave with a neighbour on your instructions or if we have attempted delivery on a previous and this is the last attempt. If you wish us to leave with a neighbour please leave a note on the order and specify the number of the neighbours house/s
Next day deliveries: Provided that the parcel has been dispatched on time no refund of the next day charge will be given if the delivery is late due to circumstances beyond our control and this will be confirmed by the tracking information. Should Fishing Tackle 2 Go dispatch a next day delivery late we will refund all or a portion of the next day day delivery charge depending on the overall cost of the order.
We do our best to give accurate information of stock levels but from time to time items may be shown as in stock and due to volume of sales this may not be the case, if such an occasion arises we will notify you by phone or email and if we are not able to meet your requirements we will give a full refund if you do not wish to wait. If collecting an item from the shop please phone first to check availability as not all of our stock is held at our Watton Depot. Please order for pick up in the usual way and if you pay a delivery charge we are happy to refund this to you when collecting. We endevour to keep prices as accurate as possible but Fishing Tackle 2 Go reserve the right to cancel an order up to the point of delivery.
Please advise us on 01344 777138 or by email if you do not receive your order on the expected day so we can check and track its progress. If for any reason the courier is not able to deliver your goods and has to leave a collection card there is a 5 day time slot for you to arrange delivery/collection of the goods. If for any reason this is not completed within the time limit and the goods are returned to us this will incur an additional handling charge equivalent to the postage and re-delivery cost will be charged again to return the goods to you.
