Next Day Delivery Cost £8.95 your Order MUST be placed by 1.00pm (Orders placed on Friday's will be delivered on Monday)

When your order is ready for dispatch we will advise you by phone or email the day before with a consignment number so that you can track your parcel. Delivery is between 8.00am-5.30pm and will need to be signed for. Please leave any special instructions for delivery when placing your order in the special instructions box and we will try to accommodate this request where possible.  UK Mainland only orders that are sent by standard delivery take 2-7 working days and may be sent by A.P.C, Royal Mail  or Interlink depending on size and location. For delivery outside the U.K mainland please call us on 01344 777138 or email and we will be able to quote you a price. Next day delivery option must be received by 1.00pm U.K time for next day delivery Mon-Fri but please note order placed on Friday delivery will not be until Monday. Next day orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery. We do not make deliveries on Saturdays or Bank Holidays. Please ensure when signing that you check the parcel to ensure it is not damaged in any way and in the rare instances when the packaging is torn or damaged please mark the paperwork by your signature 'damaged' as otherwise we have no claim against the courier.

We endeavour to ensure all next day deliveries are on time but on some occasions this may not be possible to circumstances beyond our control. Fishing Tackle 2 Go cannot be held responsible for such incidents. All deliveries must be signed for on delivery at the address given at the time of order unless you state a different delivery address. For orders of over £500.00 we will only deliver to the cardholders address. We will not leave in a safe place the parcel must be signed for but we can leave with neighbours provided that we have their house number and name.

We do our best to give accurate information of stock levels but from time to time items may be shown as in stock and due to volume of sales this may not be the case, if such an occasion arises we will notify you by phone or email and if we are not able to meet your requirements we will give a full refund if you do not want to wait. 

Please advise us on 01344 777138 or by email if you do not receive your order on the expected day so we can check and track its progress. If for any reason the courier is not able to deliver your goods and has to leave a collection card there is a 5 day time slot for you arrange delivery/collection of the goods. If for any reason this is not completed within the time limit and the goods are returned to us this will incur an additional handling charge equivalent to the postage and re-delivery cost will be charged again to return the goods to you.

Returns Policy

You have up to 7 days from receipt to return unwanted goods. Your rights are laid out in detail in The Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish to return an item please contact us by phone or email and we will instruct you how to return the goods to us. Please note that the goods must be returned unused, with all the parts and in the original packaging with labels ect so that we are able to resell the item as new. Please advise us of your order number and receipt as proof of purchase. Return postage is the resposibility of the customer but we will refund the full amount including the postage paid for the outward delivery. The items must be returned within a reasonable timeframe and sent by signed for delivery (proof of delivery) as we cannot be responsible for returns not received by us. All refunds are done on receipt when the goods are checked. Monies into your bank can very depending on the payment method.

Damaged Goods

If you goods are damaged in delivery or the packaging is damaged in any way then it is very important to sign the delivery note and mark ‘damaged’ by your signature, failure to do this may mean that we cannot accept return of damaged goods if not marked accordingly. Please inform us immediately on 01344 777138 as we only have a short period in which to make a claim against the carrier and past that time we cannot be held responsible for such damages.

Faulty Goods

All goods carry the standard manufacturer's warranties. If the goods are faulty please contact us to arrange for them to be sent back to us for replacement or repair as per the manufacturer's warranty. Please include a note with the return advising of the original order number, name, address and email address and what the problem is to ensure it is quickly resolved. All components must be returned where possible. Any refunds will not include postage. Should returned goods found not to be faulty there will be a fee for the carriage costs incurred by Fishing Tackle 2 Go. For any returns past the statutory cooling off period we will charge a 15% re-stock fee and do not refund postage.
